Refund policy

30-Day Return Guarantee

Customers may return undamaged products for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. To qualify:
  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, including all accessories.
  • For non-quality-related returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. PetitWishes will refund the product price only.
  • Returns may be refused if the item does not meet these conditions.
Note: Refund requests for the 30-day money-back guarantee expire 30 days after receipt of your item. Requests for non-quality issues beyond this window cannot be processed. For purchases not made directly on PetitWishes's website, please contact the platform where the purchase was made.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact PetitWishes customer support via our support@petitwishes.comContact Us form to initiate a return. We will respond with a solution within 48 hours.
  2. Provide the reason for the return, the order number, and image proof that the product meets the return requirements.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued once the item has been received and inspected at our warehouse. Returns should be mailed to our designated US-based warehouse. Once your return request is approved, our support team will provide you with the full shipping address and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The refund will be processed using the same method as your original payment. Refund processing typically takes 3-5 business days.

Customer-Supported Shipping Costs

Shipping costs must be covered by the customer in the following cases:
  • Returning products for non-quality reasons
  • Accidental returns
  • Items claimed to be defective but found to be in working condition by PetitWishes quality control
  • Unauthorized returns (any return made outside the approved warranty process)
